Gritt Athletics is a place you can call home. We work with people from all walks of life. Grandmothers and new mothers, young & old, first responders and health workers, first-time CrossFitters and experienced competitive CrossFitters. Everyone trains together and reaps the fitness gains from a friendly, intense, supportive environment.
60-minute classes that that incorporate high intensity interval training and a variety of movements including complex gymnastics and weightlifting. Requires GRITT Foundations course.
60 minute classes that incorporate a high-energy workout, utilizing functional body weight movements and light to moderate loads. No foundations course required.
Our foundations sessions are mandatory for all new members wanting to start CrossFit. They consist of 3 personal training sessions , either 1 on 1 or in a small group.
Personal training is offered to anyone looking for some extra coaching to achieve a specific goal, improve form or simply prefers one on one training with a coach to ensure the best results.
