At GRITT, we’re about more than just fitness. We’re a family – a family supported by a team of coaches and staff, each dedicated to offering guidance and support to you, every day. Here, inside the GRITT walls, things are different. Cheers are louder, smiles are bigger and expectations are higher. That’s why you’ll be able to do a little more, move a little faster and stick with it a little longer.
We offer a wide array of fitness and wellness programs including, CrossFit, Group Classes, Team Training, and Personal Training.
Our foundations sessions are mandatory for all new members wanting to start CrossFit. They consist of 3 personal training sessions , either 1 on 1 or in a small group. One of our coaches will cover CrossFit's most common movements and their progressions based on the skill level. We teach how to use progressions and appropriately scale exercises when needed. This program is in place for the safety and well being of all members at GRITT Athletics . We currently are scheduling these outside group classes.
Personal training is offered to anyone looking for some extra coaching to achieve a specific goal, improve form or simply prefers one on one training with a coach to ensure the best results. Training sessions can also be done in small group settings, this helps to keep the cost low. These classes can be focused on Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Strength or just general fitness with individualized programming and attention.
We offer Team training to groups that want to work on their strength and conditioning in the off season or preseason. We will organize a separate time slot for the team to train together. We also welcome local athletic teams for group sessions. Please email us for more information.
